摘  要:探讨亚临床甲状腺功能异常患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。选择亚临床甲状腺功能亢进(亚甲亢组)60例、亚临床甲状腺功能减退(亚甲减组)120例和对照组60例,测定血清TH、血脂、CysC和Hcy,计算血脂比值并进行分析。结果显示,亚甲亢组TC、TG、LDL-D、LDL-C/HDL-C和LCI降低,以LCI降低最显著,HDL-D、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C和non-HDL-C明显高于对照组,亚甲减组TC、TG和LDL-D、LDL-C/HDL-C和non-HDL-C高于对照组,HDL-D低于对照组,亚甲亢组CysC明显升高,而Hcy降低(P<0.05),亚甲减组CysC降低,而Hcy明显升高。因此,动态监测TSH、血脂比值、CysC和Hcy,对亚临床甲状腺功能异常向甲状腺功能异常的转化及其并发CHD的预测有重要的价值,联合检测有望成为理想的优化组合项目。To discuss the correlation of blood lipid and its ratio, CysC and Hcy of subclinical thyroid dysfunction patients.The authors choose 60 cases of subclinical hyperthyroidism, 120 cases of subclinical hypothyroidism and 60 cases of the control group to test serum TH, blood lipid, CysC and Hcy and calculate and analyze the blood lipid ratio.Results showed the measuring vividly presents the fact that first of all, one hand, the TC, TG, LDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C and LCI of subclinical hyperthyroidism group reduce, and especially LCI is prominent, the other hand, HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and TG/HDL-C and non-HDL-C of subclinical hyperthyroidism group are significantly higher than the control group.What's more, TC, TG and LDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C and non-HDL-C of subclinical hyperthyroidism higher than that of control group, HDL-C is lower than the control group.Moreover, comparing to the prominently higher of CysC and the lower of Hcy (P〈0.05) of subclinical hyperthyroidism group, the CysC of subclinical hyperthyroidism group is lower and the Hcy is prominently higher.Therefore,Dynamic monitoring TSH, blood lipid ratio, CysC and Hcy has an important value of transforming from subclinical thyroid dysfunction to clinical dysfunction and prediction of concurrent CHD.Joint detection is expected to become the ideal optimization combination of project.
