摘　　要：癌症患者支持性照护需求的准确评估是制定有效照护干预措施的关键步骤,对提高其生命质量有重要意义。本文综述了国内外血液恶性肿瘤患者支持性照护需求评估工具、应用现状及其优缺点,并结合临床实践,对未来该类患者需求的评估和工具开发提出建议,以期为临床护理工作者和研究者制定针对性的干预措施提供参考。The accurate assessment of the supportive care needs of cancer patients is a key step in the development of effective care interventions, and is important for improving their quality of life.The review introduced the assessment tools for supportive care needs in patients with hematological malignancies, application of those tools and its advantages and disadvantages in abroad and at home.Also combined with clinical practice, the evaluation and tool development about needs of patients in the future were advised in order to provide reference for the intervention measures for nursing workers and researchers to develop.
