摘  要:采用预处理+反渗透工艺+蒸发结晶工艺结合,对多晶硅电池片生产含氮废水进行处理,使含氮废水形成闭路循环,实现废水零排放。实际工程运行结果表明:多晶硅电池片生产含氮废水经过零排放工艺处理,回用水质稳定,优于业主给定指标,回用于车间超纯水制备系统,水中溶解物质形成化学污泥及杂盐,委外处置,生产应用可行。Using pretreatment combined with reverse osmosis process and evaporation crystallization process to deal with nitrogen containing wastewater during in production of Polycrystalline Silicon Cells in order to form a closed loop to achieve zero discharge of waste water, The actual project results show that: After zero-discharge process to nitrogencontaining wastewater during in production of Polycrystalline Silicon Cells is able to achieve stable water quality, better than the owner's given index, suitable for workshop ultra-pure water preparation system. Dissolved substances in water form chemical sludge and mixed salt and then entrust a third party to dispose of them, it is feasible in production and application.
