摘  要:研发了一种高压水射流实验台,测试了不同靶距和入射角对射流打击力的影响。结果表明,射流打击力随靶距的增加呈先增后减,160 mm为最佳靶距,打击力最大,具有较好的污垢清洗效率。由于非淹没射流结构特性,靶距过大和过小都不处于有效射流段,使打击力减小,从而达不到去污目的。同时,通过对最佳靶距及最大打击力进行理论验证,表明该实验台测试数据合理可靠。通过调节喷嘴安装角度来改变入射角,得出小的入射角可以获得较大的射流打击力,角度为0°时,即为垂直打靶,打击力最大。该实验台不仅为今后高压水射流现场清洗工作提供理论与实验支撑,还可以确定不同直径喷嘴在各种直径管道下高压水清洗时的清洗参数,以及适用于高压水射流破岩等其他方向的参数研究。A high pressure water jet test bench was developed in this paper,and the effects of target distance and angle to the jet hitting force were studied. The results show that,the jet force increases first and then decreases with the increase of the distance. The optimal target distance is 160 mm with the largest force which removes dirt mostly. Due to the structural characteristics of non-submerged water jet,the force decreases when the target distance is too large or too small,and makes water jet less effective. The theoretical verification shows that the test bench is reasonable and reliable. By adjusting the angle,it draws a conclusion that a small angle can produce larger jet force. When the angle is down to 0°,calling the vertical shooting,the force reaches the maximum. This test bench not only provides theoretical and experimental supports for the high pressure water jet cleaning work at the scene in the future,but also determines the parameters of nozzles in difference sizes cleaning pipes,and the parameters on other fields of high pressure water jet,such as rock breaking.
