摘　　要：在马克思主义制度分析整体视角下,产业技术创新联盟制度分析基于技术创新与制度创新的辩证关系和制度的生产关系范畴,以技术创新、联盟分工和制度公平对联盟制度系统的适应性要求,透视联盟制度系统存在的复杂性问题。认知产业技术创新联盟制度系统复杂性问题程度,探究适应性制度优化路径是其制度分析目的,在联盟制度分析的逻辑架构中,联盟制度系统复杂性问题程度的认知机制由制度效率的当前状态、目标状态、制度能力三个要素系统和评价中介构成,联盟制度效率的衡量指标系统由适应性、交易费用、公平感构成。In the whole perspective of Marxism institution analysis, technology innovation alliance analysis is based on the dialectical relationship between technology innovation and institution innovation and the category of institution belong to relations of production. The paper studies the complexity problems existing in institution system of technology innovation alliance of industry, reflecting the adapta- bility requirement for technology innovation, labor division of alliance and institution justice. The aim of institution analysis is to eognize the degree of complexity problem in alliance institution system and to explore the approach to solving the problems. Among the logical frame for the institution analysis of innovation alliance, the cognition mechanism for the degree of complexity problem consists of the current state and target state of institution efficiency, institution ability and evaluation intermediary. And the measurement index system of alliance institution efficiency consists of adaptability, transaction cost and fairness sense.
