摘　　要：医联体是促进优质医疗资源纵向流动,盘活现有区域医疗资源的有效途径。本文通过对互联网+城市社区医联体"四员一体"服务模型的构建,不仅为社区医联体提供"四员一体"联动家庭医师签约服务,还联动社区管理、培训与科研,实现了线上信息共享及线下的落地服务,有效增加了医联体单位间的粘性,真正意义上缓解了百姓"看病难"、"看病贵"的社会问题。Health appliance was an effective approach to promote the longitudinal flowing of high-quality medical resources and activate the existing regional medical resources. In this paper,the construction of Internet ＋ urban community health alliance＂four-in-one＂service model did not only provide＂four-in-one＂linkage family physician signing service for the community alliance,but also link the community management,training and scientific research,realized the online information sharing and offline implementation service,effectively increased the cohesion between the health alliance units and really relieved the social problems of＂difficulty in medical seeking＂and＂high medical fee＂of the common people.
