区级综合医院开展区域化消毒供应的实践研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨区级综合医院开展区域化消毒供应的实际应用价值。方法:通过对本区域17家公立医院进行调查,比较其在开展区域化消毒供应前后器械清洗、包装、无菌物品的合格率以及湿包发生率和运营成本的变化。结果:区级综合医院开展区域化消毒供应管理后,各医疗机构的器械清洗、包装、无菌物品的合格率、湿包合格率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。同时,各医疗机构运营成本也大幅度降低。结论:区级综合医院开展区域化消毒供应是切实可行的,既能提高各医疗机构的清洗消毒灭菌质量,又节约成本,对控制医院感染起到十分重要的作用,避免了重复投资,实现了社会资源共享,保证了该区域医疗质量安全。Objective： To discuss the practical application value of district-level general hospitals in regional disinfection supply. Methods： An investigation was conducted on 17 public hospitals in our area,and they were compared in apparatus cleaning,packing,conformance rate of aseptic materials and incidence rate of wet pack and change of operation cost before and after regional disinfection supply. Results： After regional disinfection supply management in the district-level general hospitals,the medical apparatus cleaning,packing and aseptic material conformance rate and wet pack conformance rate of medical institutions were higher than those before implementation. Meanwhile,the operation cost of the medical hospitals also decreased substantially（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It was feasible for the district-level general hospitals to carry out regional disinfection supply,which could both improve the cleaning disinfection quality of the medical institutions and save cost,and played an important role in control of hospital infection,avoiding repeated investment,realizing the sharing of social resources and ensuring the medical quality safety in that region.
