医用无纺布与全棉布复合包装的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医用无纺布与全棉布复合包装的阻菌效果。方法:对手术器械实验包分别采用全棉布和医用无纺布进行包装。对手术器械物品采用A,B,C三种包装方式进行包装,其中A组:里外双层全棉布;B组:一张医用无纺布置外、一张双层全棉布置内;C组:里外两张医用无纺布。将灭菌合格的实验包统一存放于无菌物品存放区,对包装后的灭菌包于灭菌后7,14 d和1,3,6个月分别进行采样行细菌学检测,观察器械包的灭菌有效期。结果:A组的有效期为2周,B组的有效期为3个月,C组的有效期为6个月,有效期长短排列顺序为C组、B组、A组。结论:医用无纺布与全棉布复合包装,既能包装任何器械物品,又能使保存期延长;既节约因保存期短而造成清洗、消毒及灭菌成本增加,又延长了器械使用寿命。同时克服了医用无纺布铺设手术台面时不能自然下垂的缺点。对于基层医院来说,优胜于单纯的两块双层全棉布和单纯两块医用无纺布包装手术器械,值得提倡使用和探讨。Objective： To study the antibacterial effect of medical nonwovens and pure cotton compound packaging. Methods： The surgical instruments were packaged in pure cotton and medical nonwovens respectively. Three kinds of packaging materials,namely A,B and C,were used for packaging. Group A：the double-layer pure cotton both inside and outside. Group B： a medical non-woven was put outside and a double-layer pure cotton was put inside;Group C： two medical nonwovens both inside and outside. The sterilization package was stored in the sterile storage area. Regarding the sterilized packaging,bacteriological detection was conducted by samples at 7 and 14 days as well as 1,3 and 6 months after sterilization. Sterilization valid period of instrument sets were observed. Results： The validity period of group A was 2 weeks. The validity period of group B was 3 months. The validity period of group C was 6 months. The order of validity was group C,group B and group A. Conclusion： The combination of medical nonwovens and pure cotton can pack any equipment items and prolong the shelf life. It not only saves the cleaning,disinfection and sterilization costs because of the short shelf life,but also prolongs the service life of the equipment,as well as overcomes the shortcomings of medical nonwovens laying surgery table can not naturally sag. For the primary hospitals,it is better than two simple double pure cotton cloth and two simple medical non-woven packaging in surgical instruments. It is worth promoting the use and discussion.
