摘 要:针对某MOV一次导线线夹断裂事故,依据现行设计规范和材料力学理论,分析了MOV一次导线线夹在短路电流下的受力情况。根据分析结果可知,线夹所受应力与导线截面积、导线分裂间距、次档距和故障时MOV的电流、导线变形程度等有关,线夹端部圆面直径不满足要求是导致该线夹发生断裂的主要原因。最后提出了MOV一次导线和线夹在设计选型时的相关建议。Aiming at a MOV primary conductor clamp fracture accident, the force condition of the MOV primary conductor clamp under short circuit current is analyzed in accordance with current norms and mechanics of materials theory Based on the analysis results, it is known that the stress of the clamp is relate to the cross section area of conductor, the split spacing of conductor, the subspan, the MOV current in fault and the deformation degree of conductor and so on. Main reason that caused the fracture of conductor clamp is that the diameter of the clamp end circle surface did not meet the requirement. Finally, relevant suggestions on design and selection of MOV primary conductor and conductor clamp are proposed.
