摘  要:由于安装偏差引起的吊车梁轨道偏心,超过了GB 50205—2001《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》的允许值,考虑吊车车轮排列位置可能产生的最大弯矩和最大剪力,吊车梁验算时需考虑最大弯矩工况和最大剪力工况两种情况。通过ANSYS有限元软件计算两种工况下吊车梁在不同轨道偏心距作用下的刚度、强度及稳定性验算。分析表明:偏心荷载作用下,吊车梁的强度指标起控制作用;轨道偏心对吊车梁的整体稳定影响很小;提出了吊车梁的限制使用条件及加固处理方案。The rail encentricity of steel crane beams caused by installment diviation beyonds the allowed value of Code for Acceplance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures( GB 50205—2001). Considering the maximum bending moment and maximum shear probably produced by the arrangement of the crane wheels,when checking up the steel crane beams,both the maximum bending moment and maximum shear must be taken into account. Having calculated two kinds of performance of the stiffness,stength and stability of the steel crane beams under the influence of different distance of the rail eccentricity through the finite element software ANSYS. The analysis indicated that under the eccentricity loading,the strength index of crane beams played a role of controlling,the rail eccentricity had little influence on the whole stability of crane beams. The paper put forward the limited operation conditions and reinforcement treatments of the crane beams.
