摘 要:为增强聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的介电性能和磁性能,以湿法化学法合成的纳米铁酸钴(CoFe_2O_4)和PVDF为原料,通过粉末热压法制备了CoFe_2O_4/PVDF复合材料,并对其介电性能和磁性能进行了研究。结果表明,成功合成了纳米CoFe_2O_4,CoFe_2O_4在PVDF基体中分散均匀;与纯PVDF相比,随CoFe_2O_4掺杂量的增加,复合材料的介电常数、电导率、损耗因子均逐步增大;12%(wt,质量分数)CoFe_2O_4掺杂量时,复合材料的介电常数达18.7,介电损耗仅为0.11;复合材料为硬磁材料;复合材料的击穿电压与击穿场强随CoFe_2O_4掺杂量的增加先增大后减小。In order to enhance the dielectric and magnetic properties of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),CoFe2O4 was synthesized by aqueous chemical method,and CoFe2O4/PVDF compositeswere prepared by powder hot pressing method with PVDF and CoFe2O4 particles.The dielectric and magnetic properties of CoFe2O4/PVDF were investigated.Results showed that nano-sized CoFe2O4 was successfully synthesized and it dispersed homogeneously in PVDF matrix.The dielectric constant,conductivity and dissipation factor of composites increased gradually with the increasing doping content of CoFe2O4 compared with pure PVDF.The dielectric constant reached to 18.7,and the dissipation factor was just 0.11 at 12 wt.% doping content of CoFe2O4.CoFe2O4/PVDF prepared were magnetically hard materials.Both breakdown voltage and breakdown field strength increased firstly and then decreased with increasing doping content of CoFe2O4.
