摘  要:以柚子皮为原料,采用简单的盐酸酸洗水活化法一步合成具有较强吸附性能且易分离的铁基磁性活性炭(MAC)。对MAC表面性质和孔道结构进行了表征,并测其在不同条件对刚果红吸附性能。结果表明,MAC-973具有较高的比表面积为675.4m^2/g,平均孔径为8.2nm,在外加磁场下能快速地从溶液中分离出来。在318℃时MAC-973对刚果红的单层最大吸附量高达146.20mg/g。MAC在染料废水处理领域具有较好的应用前景。A series of novel iron based magnetic activated carbon(MAC)were prepared via a simple one-step method using hydrochloric acid pickling water as chemical activation agent and iron oxide precursor,which can be well separated and with high adsorption performance.The surface properties and pore structure were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and BET.The adsorption performance of congo red on MAC were investigated at different conditions.The results showed that MAC had a higher specific surface area of 675.4m^2/g and the average pore size was 8.2nm,which can be easily separated from solution.The maximum adsorption capacity of MAC-973 to congo red was up to 146.20mg/g at 318℃.MAC had agood prospect in the field of dye wastewater treatment.
