摘 要:以乙酰丙酮镍(NiC_(10)H_(14)O_4)为镍源,硫化氢(H2S)为硫源,采用气-热液反应技术(Hot-bubbling)制得硫化镍(NiS)纳米晶。将NiS纳米晶修饰到玻碳电极上,并对NiS纳米晶的电催化性能进行了研究。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜-能量分散光谱(TEM-EDX)分别对NiS纳米晶的形貌、尺寸及结构等进行了表征。利用线性扫描伏安法、循环伏安法,交流阻抗等电化学技术对材料在酸性条件下对水的电化学析氢性能进行研究。结果表明:采用Hot-bubbling法制得的NiS纳米晶结晶度高,双电层为28.8mF/cm^2,表明修饰后电极有较大的表面积,在0.5mol稀硫酸电解质溶液中,塔菲尔(tafel)斜率为42.7283mV/dec,有较好的电析氢催化效果。The hot-bubbling method was applied to prepare nickel sulfide nanocrystals,the nickel acetylacetonate(NiC(10)H(14)O4) as nickel source,hydrogen sulfide(H2S) as sulfur source.The electrochemical performance was studied by modified glassy carbon electrode.The materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy(TEM-EDX)respectively.The electrochemical performance was characterized by linear sweep voltammetry,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance electrochemical techniques.The results showed that,nickel sulfide nanocrystals prepared by hot-bubbling method exhibited high crystallinity,and the double layer was 28.8mF/cm^2,which indicated that the modified electrode had a large surface area.Furthermore in 0.5mol H2SO4 electrolyte solution,Tafel slope was 42.7283mV/dec,which had better effect of hydrogen evolution.
