摘  要:利用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、甲基硅油、磷酸蜜铵盐等有机改性剂对蒙脱土进行插层改性。采用正交试验设计,通过改变等3种有机试剂反应温度、改性时间以及改性搅拌过程中的转速3个因素,得到27组样品。利用FT-IR、XDR及SEM等对样品进行表征,结果表明:有机插层剂对蒙脱土插层效果较好,磷酸蜜胺盐添加剂量2.5g,搅拌转速900r/min,改性时间3h,制得的磷酸蜜胺盐-蒙脱土表面光滑,平坦舒展,粒子呈现规则的排列状态,取得了较好的改性效果,层间距达到6.570nm,在3种改性剂中改性效果最好,层间距最大。The montmorillonite intercalation complexes were prepared by sixteen alkyl three methyl bromide,dimethicone,melamine polyhosphate intercalated to montmorillonite.The orthogonal experiment method was used in this paper,and twenty-seven samples were gotten by changing the modification time and dose of three organic reagents,as well as the stirring speed during modification.The intercalation complexes were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and so on.The results showed that the organic intercalation agents had great influence on the result of intercalation.With melamine phosphate additive 2.5g,stirring speed 900r/min,modification time of 3h,the surface of prepared melamine polyhosphate montmorillonite was smooth and flat,the particle arrangement state was regular,and layer spacing reached 6.570 nm.It was the best modification and the largest interlayer spacing among the three modifiers.
