摘  要:采用新戊二醇、三氯氧磷为原料,在超声场中合成了新戊二醇磷酰氯,采用超声波技术提高产品的产率。再将新戊二醇磷酰氯与苯并三氮唑反应生成一种新型膨胀型阻燃剂3-(5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧杂-2-磷杂环己基磷酰基)苯并三氮唑,通过对制得的产品结构进行了表征,测定了该阻燃剂的膨胀度,膨胀度ID为49.8cm^3/g。将阻燃剂应用于制备阻燃性聚丙烯,通过氧指数法考察了阻燃性聚丙烯的阻燃性能,氧指数(LOI)值为27.1。Neopentyl glycol chlorophosphate was synthesized by using neopentyl glycol and phosphorus oxychloride as the starting material at ultrasonic field.The product yield was increased by ultrasonic wave technology.The obtained neopentyl glycol chlorophosphate was then allowed to react with benzotriazole to synthesize a novel intumenscent flame retardant 3-(5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-2-phosphacyclohexyl phosphacyl)benzotriazole.The obtained products were characterized by ~1H-NMR.The intumenscent degree(ID)of flame retardant was 49.8cm^3/g by determining.The flame retardant was applied to prepare flame retarding polypropylene.The flame retardancy of polypropylene was 27.1 through investigating by the limiting oxygen index(LOI).
