摘 要:采用室温晾干、冷冻干燥、真空干燥和烘箱干燥4种方式对再生纤维素膜进行干燥,并通过SEM、XRD、热重分析、纳米压痕仪和万能试验机研究纤维素膜在不同干燥条件下结构及性能的差异。结果表明,真空干燥和烘箱干燥所得纤维素膜的表面光滑硬挺,但微观表面有裂纹产生,冷冻干燥膜的微观结构相对疏松,但没有裂纹,在力学性能方面优于其他干燥方式制得的纤维素膜,保持了良好的物理形态,冷冻干燥膜的拉伸强度及伸长率在4种膜中最好,分别为93.52MPa和16.21%,弹性模量和硬度与其他膜差别不大分别为4.3GPa和228.5HB。Regenerated cellulose membranes were dried by four drying method:air drying,freeze drying,vacuum drying and oven drying respectively.SEM,XRD,TGA,nanoindenter and universal testing machine were used to investigate the difference of structure and property of four kinds of cellulose membranes.The results showed that cellulose membrane prepared from vacuum drying and oven drying presented smooth and stiff surface,but there were also some flaws on the surface.Freeze drying membranes presented loose structure without any flaws,which made its mechanical property superior to membranes obtained from other drying methods.The tensile strength and elongation of freeze dried film were best in 4 kinds of films,93.52 MPa and 16.21% respectively.And the elastic modulus and hardness of the other films were not very different those,4.3GPa and 228.5HB respectively.
