摘  要:通过分子动力学模拟计算阻燃剂三苯基氧化膦(TPPO)的溶解度参数,研究其用于涤纶织物阻燃整理的可行性。经阻燃整理后,涤纶LOI值从未整理时的21.5%提高到30.2%,阻燃剂利用率最高达16.5%。热重分析(TGA)结果表明,阻燃整理后涤纶织物受热时初始分解温度有所降低,降解速率变小,残炭量有所增加;扫描电镜(SEM)图像显示,残炭结构更为致密。TPPO与分散染料同浴加工时,可以在一定色泽范围内达到染色效果要求。Solubility parameter of flame retardant, triphenyl phosphine oxide, TPPO, is computed by molecular dynamic simulations, with the aim to investigate the possiblity of flame retardant finishing of PET fabric by TPPO. When PET fabric is processed by TPPO dispersion, the LOI value of PET fabric is in- creased from 21.5% to 30.2% and the utilization ratio of TPPO is up to 16.5%. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) results indicate that the initial degradation temperature of the finished PET fabric is lower than that of untreated sample. The decomposition rate decreases and carbon residue increases. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images show that the residue of treated PET fabric possesses more compact structure. The feasibility of one-bath flame retardant finishing and disperse dyeing is explored.
