摘  要:通过对红、黄、蓝三组染料的筛选,以及对分散染料焙烘固色温度、活性染料浸碱浓度、活性染料汽蒸固色时间等因素的探讨,依据织物得色量与染色牢度,在染料总质量浓度为30 g/L时,得出涤棉织物分散/活性染料短流程轧染最佳工艺为:分散染料焙烘固色温度220℃,焙烘时间1.5 min,活性染料浸碱用Na2CO3质量浓度25 g/L,汽蒸固色温度120℃,汽蒸时间3 min。结果表明,双拼色染色织物的K/S值均在10以上,耐摩擦和皂洗色牢度都在4级以上;三拼色织物的K/S值略低,湿摩擦牢度为3~4级,其余牢度为4~5级。Three groups of red, yellow and blue dyes are selected, and the factors in the shortened pad dyeing of polyester/cotton fabric using disperse/reactive dyes are studied, including curing temperature of disperse dyes, alkali concentrations and steaming time of reactive dyes. According to the dye uptake and color fastness of the dyeings, the optimum process with total dye dosage of 30 g/L is curing at 220℃ for 1.5 min for disperse dyeing, steam fixing at 120℃ for 3 min after alkali treatment with Na2CO3 25 g/L for reactive dyeing. The K/S value of two-dye combination dyeings is above 10, and rubbing and soaping fastnesses are more than Grade 4. The K/S value of three-dye combination dyeings is slightly lower, and rubbing and soaping fastness are more than Grade 4-5, and wet rubbing fastness of Grade 3-4.
