摘 要:复杂电能质量扰动事件包含多个相关的基本事件和多个扰动事件源。在分时段进行扰动方向判别的基础上,提出一种基于测度加权模糊Petri网的复杂电能质量扰动事件源定位方法。基于扰动功率和能量分时段进行扰动方向判别,根据功率传输通路表确定可疑支路,综合扰动强度和扰动方向判别结果可信度给出了状态测度提取方法,最后应用测度加权模糊Petri网对可疑扰动事件源进行定位。算例结果表明,所提方法能够实现多基本事件、多扰动事件源的复杂电能质量扰动事件源定位,并具有较强的容错性能。The complex power quality disturbance event contains multiple related basic events and disturbance event sources. Based on the discrimination of disturbance directions at the segment time, this paper proposed a complex power quality disturbance event source localization method based on the measure weighted fuzzy Petri net. On the basis of the disturbance power and energy at the segment time, the disturbance direction was discriminated. And using the path table of power transmission, the suspicious branch was determined. Then, according to the comprehensive disturbance intensity and the reliability of the disturbance direction result, the state measure extraction method was given. Finally, the measure weighted fuzzy Petri net was used to locate suspicious disturbance event source. The results show that the proposed method can achieve the source location of complex power quality events which contains multiple related basic events and disturbance event sources, and has strong fault tolerance performances.
