摘 要:在能源互联网与电力改革的背景下,将传统配电网集中式调度控制转变成"云服务+端自治"的分布式自主控制,提出一种基于"云–端"的自主配电系统,实现为各类用户提供定制化服务内容的精准推送和分布式电源、电动汽车、储能以及柔性负荷的自主调节;介绍了虚拟同步机在自主配电系统中的定位和清洁能源侧、负荷侧的应用;设计了能源交换机和能源控制器,具有电气和信息的双重"即插即用"功能;构建了面向能源互联网的自主配电系统应用场景,可有效支撑面向未来能源综合运营管理的创新模式。Under the background of energy internet and electric power reform. The centralized scheduling control of the traditional distribution network being transformed into the distributed autonomous control of "cloud service+client autonomy". An autonomous distribution system based on "cloud+client" was proposed. Realize the precise push to provide customized services for all types of users and regulation of distributed generation, electric vehicle, energy storage and flexible load. The location of virtual synchronous machine in the autonomous distribution system and Application of clean energy side and load side were introduced. The energy switch and energy controller were designed, with the double "plug and play" function of electric and information. The application scenarios of the energy intemet oriented autonomous power distribution system were constructed, which could effectively support the innovation mode of the integrated operation management for future energy sources.
