摘  要:带多线圈电子变压器的功率变换器具有可电隔离、开关器件少等优点,应用广泛。但有变压器周边开关器件的状态会改变线圈间的能量流向和线圈间的磁链,高速开关会导致磁链的突变,漏感磁能释放将恶化器件的开关环境等问题。然而表达漏感时空属性的数学模型尚鲜有报道,常用器件仿真软件中也没有漏感时空属性的表达形式。该文从推挽变压器线圈间的能量流向入手强调漏感的时空属性,分析了漏磁通的作用时间和涉及空间,讨论了正弦脉宽调制推挽逆变器建模方法,并从子系统开始介绍了基于建模的仿真构成,达到了数学分析、仿真和实验结果基本一致的效果,可为研究电子变压器外特性、改进吸收电路设计和构成含多线圈电子变压器类功率变换器的模型控制系统提供参考。The multi-windings electronic transformer converter has many advantages, such as insulation, voltage superposition. However, affected by the complicated transformer energy flows, the modeling and simulation scheme that has engineering application values is still difficult to achieve. It hinders the efficiency improvement and development of research. The paper emphasizes that the energy flows within the push-pull transformer coils, the temporal and spatial characteristics of the leakage inductance, the relationship among the action time and associated coil, establishes the state space model, simulates with Matlab. The mathematical analysis, simulations and experiments show a close agreement with each other. More importantly, it could provide a valuable reference to study the external characteristics of transformers, improve the environment of power electronic devices and design the push-pull converter control system,
