摘 要:目的建立可直接应用于献血者和病人疑难血型分析的ABO血型精确分型的方法,为安全输血、器官移植、骨髓移植配型等提供精准可靠的临床参考指标。方法对中国4个民族178名志愿者的ABO血型进行血型血清学分型和分子生物学基因分型检测,检测的结果进行统计学分析,判断2种检测方法的差异吻合度。结果对这四个民族血型差异吻合度进行检验的结果(P>0.05),表明这4个民族血型分布上无差异。结论中国4个民族178名志愿者ABO血型的血型血清学结果与分子生物学结果相吻合,且在血型分布上无差异。Objective To establish a method for accurate typing of ABO in blood donors and patients with difficult blood types, and to provide clinical reference for safe blood transfusion, organ transplantation , and bone marrow matching. Methods The results of serological and genotyping of 178 volunteers from four ethnic groups in China were analyzed statistically, and the blood type difference coincidence test was carried out. Results The difference of blood type difference between the four nationalities was ehecked(X2 = 24. 5, P〉0.05). The results showed that there was no difference in blood group distribution between the four nationalities. Conclusion Serological results of 178 volunteers from four ethnic groups in China are consistent with the results of molecular biology, and there is no difference in blood type distribution.
