摘　　要：目的:Meta分析方法系统评价中药熨疗治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索的方式,对维普、CBM、CNKI、万方、Pubmed等数据库有关中药熨疗治疗腰椎管狭窄症的相关RCT文献进行质量评价,纳入研究的数据提取和质量由两人独立提取,应用Rev Man 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果:严格按照纳入标准、排除标准对所检索文献进行筛选,共纳入7篇文献,纳入病例703例。中药熨疗或结合传统疗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症在总有效率、JOA评分方面与对照组比有明显优势。结论:中药熨疗治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效确切,且中药熨疗在总有效率、JOA评分上优于西药等。Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of the ironing therapy of TCM in treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods： Evaluate RCTs about ironing therapy of TCM in treating lumbar spinal stenosis from VIP,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and Pubmed database by computer and two people extracted the research data by themselves. Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5. 3 software. Result： A total of 7 pieces of literature and 703 cases were selected by using inclusion and exclusion criteria strictly. And the Meta-analysis of the data showed that TCM ironing therapy or combined with traditional therapy in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain in effective rate had obvious advantages compared with control group. Conclusion： Ironing therapy of TCM or in combination with traditional therapy in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain has definite effect and which in effective rate and JOA are better than drug therapy.
