摘　　要：冠心病的发病率和死亡率已呈现逐年上升的趋势,并成为全球首位死亡原因,探讨其发病机制及中医药防治冠心病的疗效机制具有重要的意义。microRNA参与调节细胞内的一系列生物学活动,与冠心病的发病紧密相关。从脾论治冠心病具有坚实的理论基础,临床疗效确切。从脾论治冠心病痰浊血瘀证候可能通过多靶点发挥作用,而对microRNA的调节可能是其发挥疗效的机制之一,还需要进一步去验证。The incidence of coronary heart disease（ CHD） and mortality show a trend of rising year by year and the disease becomes the world＇s first cause of death. To explore the pathogenesis and mechanism of the curative effect of TCM prevention and treatment of CHD has the vital significance. The microRNA involved in regulating cell of a series of biological activity,closely related to the onset of CHD. Treatment from spleen of CHD has a solid theoretical foundation and better clinical curative effect. Treatment from spleen phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis syndrome of CHD may through multiple targets and the adjustment is likely to be the play of microRNA which is one of the mechanism needing further verification.
