摘　　要：对2015版《中华人民共和国药典》一部中记载的83种有毒中药材及饮片进行整理研究,督促医生、护士、药师等广大医药工作者慎重用药,重视中药使用的安全性。同时对有毒中药的使用进行思考,提出意见:必须加强中药不良反应的监测;加强毒性药材的机理研究,明确毒性成分、中毒剂量;加强中药炮制和配伍的研究,明确减毒增效的机理;加强特殊毒性(致突变、致畸胎、致癌、成瘾等)的研究;建立毒性成分的检测方法和限度,建立对常用中药都有一套完整的质量控制体系,使中药真正达到安全、有效、稳定、可控。In this paper,the collection and research of 83 kinds of toxic Chinese Medicinal Materials and Pieces were recorded in the first volume of Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China of 2015 edition,in order to improve doctors,nurses,pharmacists and other medical workers awareness of drug use and pay attention to the safety of the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the same time,they must think deeply and put forward opinions for the use of toxic Chinese medicine. We must strengthen the monitoring of adverse reactions of Chinese medicine,strengthen the mechanism study on the toxic material and clear the toxic ingredients and the toxic dose; must strengthen the research on the processing and compatibility of Chinese medicine and clear the mechanism of reducing poison and benefit; must strengthen the research on special toxicity（ mutagenic,teratogenic,carcinogenic,addiction and so on）. It is urgent to establish the detection method and limitation of toxic components and a complete set of quality control system of it so to really guarantee the safe,effective,stable and controllable use of the Chinese medicine.
