摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是临床上较常见的由神经内分泌系统及代谢异常引起的疾病,高雄激素血症(hyperandrogenemia,HA)和胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是其主要的病理生理改变,也是PCOS内分泌紊乱的主要表现特征和PCOS患者出现肥胖、痤疮等临床症状的主要因素。从HA及IR相关性角度,探讨PCOS的中西医发病机制;同时对中医治疗PCOS的思路提出自己的假设,以期为今后的临床治疗提供一个新的方向。Polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） is one of the most common clinical diseases caused by neuroendocrine system and metabolic abnormalities. Hyperandrogenemia（ HA） and insulin resistance（ IR） are the main pathological physiology changes of PCOS,which are the performance characteristics of PCOS endocrine disorder and the main factors of PCOS patients with obesity,acne,etc. This article attempts from the perspective of correlation between HA and IR and we discuss the Chinese and western medicine pathogenesis of PCOS. At the same time,we put forward the TCM treatment of PCOS ideas on our assumptions in order to provide a new direction for future clinical treatment.
