Objective: To investigate the correlation between iterative reconstruction technique and 256-slice coronary artery CTA and TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease. Methods: Eighty cases of patients with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were diagnosed according to the different symptoms of TCM diagnosis and the coronary CTA was recorded. The results were recorded and analyzed, including calcification score and number of plaques. Results: The total calcification score and the total number of plaques between Chinese medicine and the total number of plaques showed significant difference by SNK test. The degree of calcification between different symptoms of TCM was significantly different between them by blood test. Blood stasis and phlegm patients with coronary heart disease had a correlation with total calcification score, total plaque number and degree of calcification in patients with coronary heart disease. Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between the partial detection of CTA in 256-slice coronary artery and the TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease, which can be used for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
