摘 要:花粉诱导是获得无融合生殖的一个重要途径。本试验采用辐射花粉对雌花授粉进行木薯无融合生殖活体诱导,获得了由^(60)Coγ射线辐射花粉诱导的孢子体无融合生殖种质。结果表明:^(60)Coγ射线辐射花粉诱导木薯无融合生殖的途径是有效的,且辐射剂量及品种的选择对木薯无融合生殖诱导具一定的影响。本次试验共收获23株植株,通过对诱导子代的细胞学及共显性EST-SSR分子标记检测,显示其23株诱导子代为杂合二倍体;进一步采用SRAP分子标记对各子代的异质杂合性或同质杂合性鉴定,发现2株为SC5遗传同质体。Pollen induction is an important way to obtain apomixis. In this study, the pollen which radiated was used to pollinate with female flowers for inducing cassava apomixis in the living body, and acquired the sporophyte apomixis germplasmthe induced by the pollen that radiated under ^60Coγ-ray. The results showed that: The way to induce cassava apomixis by ^60Coγ-ray radiation pollen was effective, and the choice of radiation dose and variety had a certain influence on the induction of cassava apomixis. A total of 23 plants were harvested in this study, and the offsprings were detected by cytological and codominant EST-SSR markers, it showed that the 23 offsprings were heterozygous diploid; Furthermore, SRAP molecular markers were used to identify heterozygous heterozygosity or homozygous heterozygosity for each progeny, and two offsprings were found to be genetic homogeneity of SC5.
