摘　　要：针对太阳能硅片用切割钢丝拉拔过程中,润滑剂系统指标达不到控制要求的问题,对原润滑剂系统进行改进:(1)沉淀罐加装内筒和中筒,自然隔离回液、沉淀液和清液。(2)循环系统加装嵌套水箱,引入蒸汽,通过板式换热器加热润滑剂系统。(3)加装铜离子吸附器,降低铜离子浓度。结果表明,改进后干渣排放质量浓度由以前的平均18.1 g/L提高到33.2 g/L,废液排放量由以前的1.0 t/d加大到1.7 t/d;润滑剂温度控制在(40±2)℃,铜离子质量分数控制在(600~900)×10^(-6),满足生产工艺要求。Aiming at the problems of the lubricant system indicators can not meet the control demand in the drawing process of steel wire for cutting solar wafers,the original lubricant system was improved.（1） Sedimentation tank equipped with inner cylinder and the middle cylinder,to segregate the return liquid,precipitation solusion and clear liquid naturally.（2）The circulatory system equipped with nested tank,introducing steam,through the plate heat exchanger to heat the lubricant system.（3） Adding copper ions adsorption device,reduce the concentration of copper ion.The results show that the improved dry slag discharge mass concentration from previous average of 18.1 g/L to 33.2 g/L,waste emissions from previous 1.0 t/d increased to 1.7 t/d;to control the lubricant temperature at （40 ± 2） ℃;to control copper ion mass fraction at （600 - 900） × 10^-6,which meet the requirements of production process.
