摘　　要：介绍冶炼车间液体钢包吊装对钢丝绳要求,对武钢炼钢厂350 t液体钢包吊车用钢丝绳进行拆解,发现Diepa钢丝绳绳股采用多绳股压实结构,钢丝绳芯平行捻制,钢芯股由多丝组成。实测钢丝绳的直径、捻距、旋高以及拆股钢丝尺寸和力学性能,与其他钢丝绳相比,其单位截面金属含量高出近30%,具有提升能力强、抗弯曲、抗磨损、抗挤压、抗局部扭转等性能。To introduce the demand of wire rope for smelting workshop liquid steel ladle.The wire rope for 350 t ladle crane lifting in steel plant of Wisco was dismantled,it is found that Diepa wire rope using multi rope strand compacted structure,core was parallel wire rope,steel core strand is consisted of many steel wires.Measurring the diameter,lay pitch,spiral height of the wire rope and wire size and mechanical properties of dismantled strand steel wire,compared with other steel wire rope,the metal section rise nearly 30%,it has strong lifting,bending resistance,resistance to abrasion,anti-extrusion and partial torsion resistance.
