摘　　要：在规定的试验方法下,不同的检验人员或设备对一组相同试样会出现差异性的结果。介绍稳健统计技术在制绳钢丝力学性能试验中的应用,以抗拉强度为例,计算出Z比分数,给出测试结果的统计判定规则。以Φ2.30 mm的制绳钢丝为试验样品,试验员人数9位,得到抗拉强度R_m、断后伸长率A_(200)、断面收缩率Z*测试结果,分别计算各指标的Z比分数。经过统计分析,试验数据满意结果均为9个,本次试验有效,无显著统计学差异。Under the specified test method, different results occur on the same samples done by different inspector or testing device. The application of robust statistical technique to test of the mechanical properties of steel wire for rope is introduced. Taking the tensile strength as an example, the Z ratio is calculated, the statistical decision rule of test result is giv- en. Taking diameter 2.30 mm steel wire for rope as test samples, test operator number 9, get the tensile strength Rm, elon-gation A200 , section shrinkage test results of Z＊ , the Z score is calculated respectively. After statistical analysis, the satisfactory results of test data are 9, the test is effective, no significant statistical difference.
