摘  要:在钢丝生产过程中,拉丝模具消耗增加,易造成钢丝直径超差、拉拔过程中断丝、钢丝定尺率下降等问题。以1 770 MPa0.38 mm、0.65 mm钢丝为例,通过对半成品钢丝热处理、半成品钢丝表面磷化状态、润滑液浓度、润滑液温度、拉拔工艺、拉丝模具质量几个方面进行改进,成品钢丝每吨耗模数下降超过10%;平均班产量提高了10%以上;每班不定尺轴数下降20%以上;平均每班换模数减少10%以上。拉丝模具消耗的降低,节约了钢丝生产成本,提高了钢丝质量及生产效率。In process of steel wire production,wire drawing die consumption increases,the problems such as steel wire diameter off-tolerance,drawing process wire breaking,steel wire sizing ratio decrease occurs easily. To take 1 770 MPa diameter 0. 38 mm,0. 65 mm steel wire as example,the following aspects are improved such as semi-finished steel wire heat treatment,semi-finished steel wire surface phosphating state,lubricant concentration,lubricant temperature,wire drawing process,wire drawing die quality,each ton finished steel wire consumption die decreases over 10%,average shift output increase over 10%,each shift variable sizing axles decrease over 20%,average each shift die change number decrease over10%. The reduction of wire drawing dies consumption saves steel wire production cost,increases steel wire quality and production efficiency.
