摘 要:为了保证钢管水压试验循环用水的水质能够维持正常生产,通过对循环水隔油沉淀池设计目标要求进行分析,给出设计流量、隔油池表面面积、隔油池过水断面面积、隔油池有效水深和池宽、隔油池长度、沉淀池面积以及沉淀池容积等关键参数计算公式,并对相关参数取值进行了讨论,以某大直径焊管水压试验隔油沉淀池设计为例进行了参数计算。最后,提出了钢管水压试验隔油沉淀池设计参数计算应注意的事项。In order to guarantee the water quality of steel pipe hydraulic test circulation water can maintain normal production, through analysis on design goal task of circulating water oil separation tank, some key parameters calculation formula and process were given, such as the design flow, the oil separation tank surface area, oil separation tank water cross section area, the effective water depth and pool width of oil separation tank, the length of the oil separation tank, oil separation tank area and volume, and the parameter values were discussed. Taking large diameter welded pipe hydraulic test oil separation tank design as an example to conduct parameters calculation, finally put forward the precautions for calculating the design parameters of steel pipe hydrostatic test oil separation tank.
