摘　　要：认为在公共管理学及行政学的研究领域中,中央与地方政府之间的关系一直是学者们研究的重点问题之一。指出改革开放以来,通过权力的不断下放,地方政府的职权不断得以扩大。在分析扶贫工作现状和精准扶贫面临困境的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。The relationship between central and local governments has been one of the key issues in the field of public administration and administration. Since the reform and opening up, the power of local governments has been expanded through the decentralization of power. This trend of local government autonomy is also inevitable in the field of poverty alleviation. However, at the present stage, there are still many places where the central authorities and local governments do not adapt to the precise poverty alleviation. Therefore, through the perspective of the relationship between central and local governments to analyze the problems of China＇s poverty alleviation work, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help improve the accuracy of poverty alleviation work.
