螺旋CT与彩色多普勒超声对肾错构瘤的诊断比较

摘　　要：目的比较螺旋CT与彩色多普勒超声对肾错构瘤诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析68例肾错构瘤患者的术前螺旋CT及彩色多普勒超声检查结果,比较两者诊断肾错构瘤的准确性。结果有66例在术前通过螺旋CT诊断为肾错构瘤,另两例术前螺旋CT诊断为肾癌,诊断的准确率高达97.06%;有58例患者术前彩色多普勒超声诊断为肾错构瘤,其余10例诊断为肾癌,诊断的准确率为85.28%。通过比较两种检查方法的准确性,发现螺旋CT相比于彩色多普勒超声检查方法对于诊断肾错构瘤准确性更高(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT相比于彩色多普勒超声诊断肾错构瘤准确性更高,对超声检查不能准确判断的病例,应结合螺旋CT检测,为临床诊断提供更好的依据。Objective To investigate the comparison of spiral CT and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal hamartoma. Method Preoperative spiral CT and color Doppler ultrasonography in 68 patients with renal ham- artoma were retrospective analyzed. The accuracy of diagnosis of renal hamartoma were compared. Result 66 patients were diagnosed as renal hamartoma by preoperative spiral CT and 2 patients were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma by preoperative spiral CT. The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 97.06%. 58 patients were diagnosed as renal hamartoma by preoperative color Doppler ultrasound and 10 patients were diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma by preoperative color Doppler ultrasound. The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 85.28%. The accuracy rate of the spiral CT was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound. Conclusion The accuracy rate of spiral CT on diagnosis of renal hamartoma is higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound.
