摘 要:【目的】以金平县森林为代表,研究自然生境下线虫群落的多样性。植物寄生线虫在植物病害中占有重要地位,它不但可以直接危害寄主植物,而且能够传播病毒、真菌和细菌参入复合病害,使林木生长衰退,加剧植物病害。然而,国内外缺乏自然生境下森林土壤线虫系统的研究。鉴于此,本文章针对这一研究薄弱环节,运用植物线虫学的研究方法,对金平自然生境下森林土壤线虫的种类和分布进行了研究。【方法】于2013-2016年在金平县未被破坏的森林植被中采集了35份土壤,带回实验室,经过分离、杀死、固定,应用形态学鉴定的方法。【结果】一共鉴定了3种矮化线虫,分别是马舒德矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus mashhoodi siddiqi&Basir,1959)、甘蓝矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus brassicae,Siddiqi,1961)、尤因矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus ewingi Hooper,1959);【结论】为森林病害的综合治理和生态治理提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] Taking the forest of Jinping County as the representative, the diversity of nematode community in natural habitat was studied. Plant parasitic nematodes played an important role in plant diseases, not only could directly harm the host plants, but also spread the virus, fungi and bacteria into the complex disease, decline the growth of trees, exacerbate plant diseases. However, the study of forest soil nematode system in natural habitat at home and abroad was lacking. In view of this, this paper studied the species and distribution of forest soil nematodes in Jinping natural habitat by using the method of plant nematode research. [ Method] In this paper, 35 soils were collected from the unspoiled forest vegetation in Jinping County from 2013 to 2016, and returned to the laboratory after separation, killing, fixation and morphological identification. [ Resuh]3 dwarf nematodes, Tylenchorhynchus mashhoodi siddiqi & Basir (1959), Tylenchorhynchus brassicae ( Siddiqi, 1961 ), Ewing dwarf nematodes Tylenchorhynchus ewingi Hooper (1959) were identified. [ Conclusion]The present paper provided a theoretical basis for comprehensive management and ecological management of forest diseases.
