摘 要:[目的]建立了油菜、油菜籽及土壤中氯啶菌酯的超高效液相色谱检测方法。[方法]样品经乙腈振荡提取、中性氧化铝层析柱净化,采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)检测,BEH C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱;流速0.3 m L/min;检测波长234 nm;进样量4μL。[结果]油菜植株在0.05、0.5 mg/kg 2个添加水平下,氯啶菌酯的平均回收率为90.0%~111.2%(RSD为2.5%~4.4%),油菜籽及土壤在0.02、0.2 mg/kg 2个添加水平下,氯啶菌酯的平均回收率分别为108.4%~112.3%(RSD为3.7%~6.9%)、96.0%~102.6%(RSD为8.7%~9.1%)。[结论]该方法满足农药残留检测的要求。[Aims] A method for determination of triclopyricarb in rape, rapeseed and soil by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) was established. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified with chromatographic column of neutral alumina, finally detected by UPLC. The analytes were separated on BEH C18 colunm with gradient elution of acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 0.3 m L/min. The detection wavelength and injection volume were 234 nm and 4 μL, respectively. [Results] The recoveries of triclopyricarb in rape spiked at two levels of0.05 and 0.5 mg/kg ranged from 90.0 to 111.2% with RSD of 2.5-4.4%. The recoveries of triclopyricarb spiked at two levels of 0.02 and 0.2 mg/kg ranged from 108.4 to 112.3% with RSD of 3.7-6.9% in rapeseed, and ranged from 96.0 to102.6% with RSD 8.7-9.1% in soil, respectively. [Conclusions] This method can meet the requirements of pesticide residue detection.
