防治斜纹夜蛾高效药剂及复配配方筛选

摘　　要：[目的]筛选防治斜纹夜蛾的高效药剂,为其防治提供可靠的技术支撑。[方法]采用浸虫和浸叶饲喂的方法,测定10种药剂对重庆巫山甘薯田斜纹夜蛾种群的触杀和胃毒毒力,并筛选高效复配药剂组合。[结果]对斜纹夜蛾具有高效触杀和胃毒作用的药剂有乙基多杀菌素、溴氰虫酰胺、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,其触杀毒力的LC50值分别为2.6540、3.1166、6.9146 mg/L,胃毒毒力的LC50值分别为6.7751、2.9687、0.3668 mg/L。氯虫苯甲酰胺对斜纹夜蛾幼虫胃毒毒力较好,LC50值分别为1.6658 mg/L,但触杀毒力稍差。毒死蜱与氯虫苯甲酰胺或甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐配比在质量比(1~14)∶1范围,均有不同程度的增效作用,其中以4∶1配比增效作用最高。[结论]乙基多杀菌素、溴氰虫酰胺、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对斜纹夜蛾具有高效的触杀和胃毒作用,毒死蜱与氯虫苯甲酰胺或甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐以4∶1配比防治斜纹夜蛾增效作用最强。[Aims] The aim of this study was to screen out efficient pesticides against Spodoptera litura. [Methods] The contact and oral toxicity of ten insecticides were evaluated against S. litura from the population of sweet potato field of Wushan, Chongqing by larvae-dipping and leaf-dipping methods. [Results] The results showed that spinetoram,cyantraniliprole and emamectin benzoatehad had the highest contact toxicities with LC50 values of 2.6540, 3.1166,6.9146 mg/L, and had the strongest oral toxicities with LC50 values of 6.7751, 2.9687, 0.3668 mg/L, respectively.The oral toxicity of chlorantraniliprole was better showing LC50 value of 1.6658 mg/L, and the contact toxicities were lower. The mixtures of chlorpyrifos with chlorantraniliprole or chlorpyrifos with emamectin benzoatehad at the mass ratios of（1-14） ∶1 had synergism. The two optimal synergistic mixtures ratios of combined pesticides were 4 ∶1.[Conclusions] Spinetoram, cyantraniliprole and emamectin benzoatehad had the highest contact and oral toxicities to S. litura than other insecticides tested. The optimal synergistic mixtures ratios of chlorpyrifos with chlorantraniliprole,chlorpyrifos with emamectin benzoatehad were 4∶1.
