摘 要:以天津港北疆港区的废弃碱渣为研究对象,提出了利用高炉矿渣微粉(GGBS)、水泥对高含水率碱渣进行固化处理的方法,并对基于模糊评价法得到的优选配合比固化碱渣土的压缩特性进行了研究.结果表明:同等固化剂掺量下,混掺固化剂的固化碱渣土的强度要高于单掺固化剂的固化碱渣土;基于优选配合比(3%水泥+8%GGBS)的固化碱渣土压缩系数及压缩指数随龄期的延长不断降低,而结构屈服应力不断增大.固化碱渣土的压缩性能在屈服前后变化很大,建议工程中应确保上部荷载不能超出其结构屈服应力,以免发生突然破坏.Stabilization for soda residue with ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS)and cement was discussed.The waste residue was located in Beijiang distinct of Tianjin port.An optimum proportion was obtained by fuzzy evaluation method and the compressibility test for the solidified soda residue under the optimum proportion was carried out.The results show that under the same curing agent content,the unconfined compressive strength of stabilized soda residue with mixture curing agent is stronger than that with single curing agent;both of the compression coefficient and compression index of stabilized soda residue are decreased with increase of curing age,while the yield stress is increased.Due to the great change of compressibility of stabilized soda residue at the post-yield state,it is suggested that the upper load should not exceed the structural yield stress to prevent sudden damage.
