探讨老年肺炎患者的综合护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年肺炎患者的综合护理措施与效果。方法:将收治的80例老年肺炎患者随机分为两组,观察组实施综合护理,对照组接受传统常规护理,比较两组治疗有效率及肺功能情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率95.0%,对照组治疗有效率77.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组峰流速、第1秒用力呼气量显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年肺炎患者的综合护理效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the comprehensive nursing measures for elderly patients with pneumonia. Method： 80 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia in hospital were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group received comprehensive nursing, the control group received conventional nursing, compared the efficacy of the treatment of the two groups and lung function. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 95%, and the effective rate of the control group was （P〈 0.05）. Peak expiratory flow rate and forced expiratory volume in the first second of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈： 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of comprehensive nursing care of elderly patients with pneumonia is remarkable, it is worthy of clinical oromotion.
