摘　　要：目的:总结全胸腔镜下房间隔缺损修补术的护理配合体会。方法:某医院在全麻低温体外循环下行胸腔镜下房间隔修补手术11例,术前充分准备、术中默契配合、术后安全护送。结果:手术护理配合顺利,患者术后恢复好,均顺利出院。结论:熟悉胸腔镜手术配合的步骤和特点,全面的评估、充分的准备、精心的护理,是确保手术顺利完成的关键。：Objective：To summarizethe nursing cooperation experiences of totally thoracoscopic surgery for atrial septal defect. Methods：Thoracoscopic atrial septal repair was performed in 11 patients under general anesthesia and hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass.All patients were adequately prepared before the operation, with tacit coordination during the operation and safe escort after operation. Results： All the operations were successful, patients recovered well and were discharged successfully. Conclusion： Familiarity with the procedures of thoracoseopie surgery, overall assessment, adequate preparation, and careful care are keys to ensuring the successful completion of the surgery.
