早期肠内营养配合针对性护理在胃癌术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析早期肠内营养配合针对性护理干预在胃癌根治术后护理中的临床效果。方法:随机选取73例胃癌根治术患者,按护理方式不同分组,两组患者术后均给予早期肠内营养支持,观察组配合予以针对性护理干预,对照组实施外科常规护理。结果:观察组患者术后肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院时间,明显低于对照组;观察组患者肠内营养并发症率低于对照组;术后1周,观察组患者BMI、TP检测值显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌根治术后患者早期实施肠内营养支持并配合给予针对性护理,能够有效促进胃肠功能恢复,降低肠内营养并发症发生,同时还有利于改善患者营养状况,促进患者早日康复。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition combined with targeted nursing intervention in postoperative nursing in patients with gastric cancer.Methods：73 patients received early enteral nutrition,the observation group was given targeted nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing.Results： In the observation group,the gastrointestinal function recovery,the occurrence of complications and the improvement of nutritional status were better than control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of enteral nutrition combined with targeted nursing on postoperative gastric cancer was significant.
