住院期极/超低出生体重儿父母心理负荷的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解住院期间极/超低出生体重儿父母心理体验,以期为患儿家长提供心理复原支持,增强对其出院后的照护能力。方法:对18例极/超低出生体重儿父母进行深度访谈。结果:经过阅读、分析、对比和提炼,提炼出4个主题:情绪症状焦点:焦虑、恐惧、无助、木然;疾病不确定感;行为依赖;社会性支持缺乏。结论:极/超低出生体重儿父母不同时期心理负荷不同,护理人员及时提供专业知识及心理疏导,可减轻患儿父母心理应激水平,使其积极配合治疗。Objective：To understand the psychological experience of the parents of very/extremely low birth weight neonate during hospitalization and provide psychology resilience support, And enhance the care ability of them.Methods：IS parents of very/extremely low birth weight neonate were deeply interviewed. Results：After reading, analyzing, comparing and refining, four themes were extracted： focus of the emotional symptom：anxiety ,fear, helplessness, woodenly; uncertainty in illness; behavior dependence; lack of social support.Conclusion：The psychological load of parents of very/extremely low birth weight neonate is diverse, so providing professional knowledge and psychological counseling to them can reduce their psychological stress, meanwhile, they will cooperate with treatment aetivly.
