老年心血管病患者护理中人文关怀的应用探究

摘　　要：目的:在老年心血管病患者护理期间应用人文关怀,探究应用效果。方法:随机选取我院2015年8月—2016年8月所收治的老年心血管病患者48例作为研究对象,均分为研究组和参照组,每组24例。参照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用常规护理干预+人文关怀护理干预,将两组患者实行不同护理干预后得到的组间数据进行统计学分析。结果:研究组患者各项临床数据(如住院时间、护理满意度、疾病认知度等)显著性更佳,对比参照组患者而言,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在老年心血管病患者护理期间应用人文关怀的应用效果明显更佳,值得临床推荐。Objective： In the elderly patients with cardiovascular disease care during the application of human care, to explore the application effect. Methods： Randomly selected from August 2015 to August 2016 in the treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in 48 cases as the research object, were divided into study group and reference group, each group of 24 cases. The reference group was treated with routine nursing intervention, the study group used routine nursing intervention ＋ humanistic care nursing intervention, the 2 groups of patients with different nursing intervention after the data obtained between the groups were statistically analyzed. Results： The clinical data of the study group Csuch as hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction, disease awareness, etc.） were significantly better, compared with the reference group of patients, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： In the elderly patients with cardiovascular disease care during the application of humanistic care effect was significantly better, worthy of clinical recommendations,
