摘　　要：目的系统评价染色体4q25区域rs2200733多态性与房颤的关联。方法通过检索中英文数据库查找已发表的rs2200733与房颤易患性关系的病例对照研究,应用Rev Man5.3软件对符合要求的研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇研究文献,共计病例3 210例,对照5 070例。Meta分析结果显示:rs2200733多态性相关的T等位基因是房颤发生的风险因素[T vs C:OR=1.64,95%CI 1.32-2.05,P<0.000 1;TT vs CC:OR=2.83,95%CI 1.94-4.11,P<0.000 01;TC vs CC:OR=1.73,95%CI 1.28-2.34,P=0.000 4;TT vs TC+CC:OR=1.95,95%CI 1.33-2.86,P=0.000 6]。结论 4q25区域rs2200733多态性与房颤发病风险相关,T等位基因携带者遗传易感性较高。Objective To systematically evaluate the association of rs2200733 polymorphism with the risk of atrial fibrillation（ AF）.Methods Case control studies about the association between rs2200733 and AF were screened out from both English and Chinese databases to conduct a Meta-analysis. All included data were analyzed by Meta-analysis using Rev Man 5. 3 software. Results Nine articles including 3 210 cases of AF and 5 070 controls were included in the Meta-analysis. The study showed that rs2200733 polymorphism was correlated with the susceptibility to AF [T vs C： OR = 1. 64,95% CI 1. 32-2. 05,P〈0. 000 1; TT vs CC： OR = 2. 83,95%CI 1. 94-4. 11,P〈0. 000 01; TC vs CC： OR = 1. 73,95% CI 1. 28-2. 34,P = 0. 000 4; TT vs TC ＋ CC： OR = 1. 95,95% CI1. 33-2. 86,P = 0. 000 6]. Conclusion The rs2200733 polymorphism is correlated with the susceptibility to AF,and the susceptibility to AF increases in T allele carriers.
