摘　　要：采用文献资料法对中华传统养生与西方竞技体育特征进行梳理与思辨。在以唯物辩证法为指导分析中华传统养生和西方竞技体育的差异的基础上,提出将中华传统养生的哲学性与西方竞技体育的科学性融合于体育教学中,在批判中继承,在引进中扬弃,旨在为大学生体质健康促进提供有效途径,给学校体育教学提供借鉴和参考。This article through the literature method, reviewed Chinese concept of health and Western competi- tive sports. From the view difference of materialist dialectics view towards Chinese traditional and western com- petitive sports, Chinese concept of health philosophy and Western competitive sports science of harmony the use of inheritance in the sports teaching, through criticising, introducing to promote of college students, to provide a basis and reference for school physical education.
