摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调研、数理统计等研究方法,对上海市体育代表队在10—12届全运会上取得的成绩进行分析研究。结果显示:上海市竞技体育优势项目主要由游泳、击剑、帆船、体操、现代五项、足球、射击、网球、马术和排球组成。进一步分析优势项目发展现状,找出制约优势项目可持续发展的不利因素,并提出以下发展对策:(1)坚持和完善"举市体制",优化项目布局;(2)完善教练员职称评审制度,优化奖励制度,提高教练员执教水平;(3)加大科技投入,推进科学选材,科学训练;(4)建立全方位的保障体系,丰富青少年体育赛事交流。This paper adopts the research methods of literature, expert interviews, field investigation, mathe- matical statistics, analysis and study of Shanghai city sports team in the 10 ~ 12 National Games achievement. The results show that： Sports advantage projects in Shanghai is mainly composed of swimming, fencing, sailing, gymnastics, football, shooting, modem pentathlon, volleyball, horse riding and composition. Further analysis of the development of the advantages of the project is included in the study to find out the negative factors restricting the sustainable development of the advantages of the project, and to put forward the following countermeasures ： （ 1 ） to improve the whold-city-supporting system, optimizing the layout of the project ; （ 2 ） to improve the title appraisal system, incentive system optimization, improve the teaching level of the coaches; （3） to increase in- vestment in science and technology, to promote the scientific selection and scientific training; （4） to establish a comprehensive security system, and to enrich sports youth exchanges.
