捣固焦炉热修中陶瓷焊补技术的应用

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,冶金焦化行业获得了广阔的发展空间,越来越多的技术、设备与材料被应用到了生产实践当中,近年来捣固焦炉逐渐取代了顶装焦炉,被广泛应用到焦化生产工作中,不仅提高了企业的生产效率,还实现了对能源资源的节约与保护。随着使用时间的增加,捣固焦炉将不可避免地出现损坏,为了保证生产实践的顺利展开,需对捣固焦炉予以必要的修复处理,实践证明,陶瓷焊补技术是一种较好的热修方法。对这一技术的原理以及基本要求进行分析,并探究其在捣固焦炉热修中应用的优势,最后提出这一技术在热修中的具体应用方法。With the development of social economy,metallurgical coking industry has a broad development space.More and more technology,equipment and materials are applied to the production practice.In recent years,tamping coke oven gradually replace the top charging coke oven,which is widely used in coking production,not only improves the production efficiency of the enterprise,but also realizes the conservation of energy resources.With working time increasing,tamping coke inevitably become damaged.In order to ensure the smooth production practice,it is necessary to repair tamping coke oven.Practice proves that ceramic welding technology is a good method to repair the heat.The principle and basic requirements of this technology are analyzed,and the advantages of applying it in thermal repair of tamping coke oven are discussed.Finally,the concrete application method of this technology in thermal repair is put forward.
