岛、城、人共生——广州中心城区江心岛及两岸景观专项城市设计探索

摘　　要：现行城市规划管控体系对景观的规划管控已经满足不了当下城市对生态环境和空间品质的高要求,面向管理和实施已成为当今城市景观规划管控的主要方向。以广州珠江前航道9个江心岛及珠江30公里水岸为研究对象,分析岛、岸的特征和问题,提出岛、城、人共生理念,重构中心城区江心岛及珠江沿岸景观保护与建设框架,制定5个关键指标的总体控制和12个要素的设计导则,将理念转化为面向管理和实施的景观专项城市设计导则。As cities their reqtmements in respect of ecological environment and quality of space, urban landscape planning can no longer be achieved through the existing approach of urban planning regulation and control. Guidelines to the administration and implementation have been a main direction of urban landscape planning and control, lmtead, city planners should shift to play an admmon-oriented guiding role and direct guidelines for construction. This paper studies 9 airs in banks of the Pearl River, and identifies characteristics and problems of the islands and banks. A theory the previous water way and 30kin-long of ＂coeodst of island, city and people＂ is developed in an attempt to rebuild a fiamework for protecting and constructing landscape in the a.its and along the banks. The overall control of 5 key indicators and design guidelines for 12 elements are developed. The theory is converted into guidelines to provide an overall control and direction for the administration and implementation of special urban landscape design.
