摘 要:龙门架在矿用扒渣机转载机构中起着承载和转向的作用,为了减轻转载机构的自重并提高龙门架在复杂工作环境下的稳定性,基于结构拓扑优化理论,以龙门架结构刚度最大为目标,对转载机构龙门架进行复杂工作环境下的结构优化设计,得到了龙门架的初步优化结构构型,根据该构型对龙门架进行模型重构,并进行力学分析,与原模型力学分析结果对比,结果表明优化模型较原模型具有更好的刚度,且重量大大降低,证明了文中优化设计的有效性。The portal frame plays the role of bearing and steering in the transshipment mechanism of the mining mucking loader. In order to reduce the weight of the transshipment mechanism and improve the stability of the portal frame, the optimization goal for maximizing the stiffness of the portal frame was formulated based on structural topology optimization theory. The optimal structure configuration of portal frame was obtained when the mentioned technique had been applied to the portal frame of the transshipment mechanism under complex working environment. Reconstruct the model of the portal frame according to the structural topology configuration obtained above and the mechanical analysis was conducted and compared with those of the original structure model. Results show that the optimization model has a better stiffness than the original one and weighted much less, which proves the effectiveness of the optimization design.
